Terms and Conditions for Free Ticket Offer
- Eligibility: This free ticket offer is available exclusively to Architects, Interior Designers, and Design & Build buyers or specifiers ("Eligible Participants"). Free tickets are only transferable to individuals who also meet the eligibility criteria stated above.
- Allergies and Dietary Requirements: Eligible Participants are required to disclose any allergies or dietary requirements during the registration process. While every effort will be made to accommodate these needs, neither the event organizers nor the venue can be held responsible for any adverse reactions if such information is not provided in advance.
- Event Changes: The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, or any other aspect without prior notice.
- Liability Waiver: By attending the event, Eligible Participants acknowledge and accept any risks associated with their participation. The event organizers and venue shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience incurred during the event.
- Photography and Filming: By attending the event, Eligible Participants consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes. Any resulting materials may be used by the event organizers for marketing and publicity purposes. Additionally, all attendees have the right to request images they are in for their own personal marketing use.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Jurisdiction].
- Cancellation Policy: Should an Eligible Participant need to cancel their attendance, they must do so at least 48 hours prior to the event. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a charge of £29 to cover food and beverage costs.
